My passion for what EDI stands for would have little value if not for our team of instructors.  I have assembled what I like to call "The Dream Team".  Each instructor brings new challenges and perspective to the learning process.

Ryan Marx : PEM Lead Instructor

Ryan began as an instructor with EDI in Rochester and then brought our program to PEM in 2010.  The people of Plainview, Elgin, and Millville quickly learned how valuable our program was to their community.

Ryan's dedication to driver education and teen safety is why I hired him.  But he's just a great all around guy and that's why he has remained an asset to EDI since the day he started.  Ryan is a Plainview resident and cares about his community.  He is a coach and leader within the community which is why teens conintue to praise him highly for his patience and instruction in class and behind the wheel.

Jon Lilleskov :  Behind-the-Wheel Instructor

Jon is our vetern driving instructor with over 4 years at EDI.  Jon has a great personality and is a top choice for all students during driving lessons.  Jon knows a lot about driving mechanics as well as vehicle mechanics  due to his side business of small engine repair.

Jon will challenge students on the road while building understanding and confidence in the driver.  Jon is a great guy all around and an invaluable asset to EDI and our educational philosophies.
